Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped with track and trace via PostNL. Art prints, that are prnted locally, are carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands by the artist. Giclee prints are send to you directly by the printing partner. Processing times may vary slightly.

For international shipments, please note that customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. ​ If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.

 

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and local postal services.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary, especially for international orders.  We are not responsible for delays by mail.

Returns & exchanges

All items are made to order and packed with care. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless an item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me via dodsicle @gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including a short description and photos of the issue. I will do my best to resolve it.
