all wrapped in wrapped in soft, FSC certified silk paper, colourfast and acid free, which you can use for pressing your own flowers.

The snail mail club is a celebration of slowness. It is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and take time to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us in all its details.

Mailings are sent out around the 20th of each month.
Sign up before the 15th to receive the current month’s art print. Subscriptions started after the 15th will begin with the following month’s edition.
For example: if you sign up on November 16th, your first mailing will be the December edition, sent to you on December 20th.

Memberships are managed securely through Ko-fi. To join the monthly Snail Mail Club, a free Ko-fi account is required. This ensures you can easily manage or cancel your subscription.

When will my print arrive?
Mailings are sent around the 20th of each month. Delivery times vary by location, usually a few days within the Netherlands and up to a few weeks internationally.

How does payment work?
Subscriptions are managed through Ko-fi memberships. You’ll be charged automatically each month on the same date you joined, and you can pause or cancel anytime through your Ko-fi account.

Do I need a Ko-fi account to join?
Yes, Ko-fi will ask you to create a free account when you join. Although you can also order as a guest, I recommend a Ko-fi account, because this lets you manage your subscription, update your payment details, or cancel anytime. It only takes a moment, and you don’t need to make your own Ko-fi page.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your Print Club subscription anytime through your Ko-fi account. Just log in, go to your Memberships, and select “Cancel.” Your subscription will stop before the next payment period.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! The Snail Mail Club ships worldwide, €8 per month within the Netherlands and €9 per month internationally, with free shipping included.

Can I buy a single month instead of subscribing?
You can cancel anytime after your first payment if you would like to receive just one month.

Do you sell other prints?
Yes! I also offer larger open edition prints through my website, printed on demand. These are separate from the Print Club and available to purchase anytime.

What if my snail mail arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you, please contact me, I will do my best to send a replacement or find a solution.
Refunds aren’t available because each month’s prints are made in limited batches and prepared especially for subscribers.

Prints are carefully packed in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.
